Eat Your Vegetables


Everyone should make sure they get a sufficient amount of vegetables in their diet. It is widely known that vegetables help in the fight against cancer. They are chock full of antioxidants which protect against free radicals that damage cells and therefore causing cancer. Vegetables help detoxify the body and prevent all sorts of problems, such as diabetes. Vegetables along with fruit contain a high amount of fiber. Reach for fruit before you go for another snack. Fruit contains less sugar than other snacks and will provide a great amount of nutrition, and on the plus side will give you a healthy source of energy.
