I'm sure most people have heard at some time in their life that they should be drinking atleast 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. Water is very important to your health, and you should make sure that your water intake is sufficient. I agree that water is a great way to flush out toxins from the body, thereby cleansing the body and preventing all sorts of body ailments, including acne. Water is needed for almost every bodily function. It is needed for digestion, absorption, circulation and excretion. If you don't drink enough water, then the toxins will escape through the pores of your skin and cause acne breakouts. Water is also very good in suppressing the appetite and helping in weight loss. Another good thing about water is that it reduces the sodium retention from the body, and also adequate amounts of water will prevent constipation. You should drink plenty of water if you want your body to function properly. Also, getting the right foods in our diet along with a healthy water regimine is always at the top of the list to keep your body healthy and nourished.
